  • Went in looking for fabrics and info for my daughter to do sewing lessons. However, when I was speaking to their "expert", she acted like I was a low class citizen because my daughter's machine wasn't purchased at that shop. Plus - when I inquired about pattern sewing, I was very rudely told this was a quilting shop and to go to Joann's or somewhere else. I will NEVER be back. Which is sad since I am learning to quilt and they do have some beautiful retro fabrics. If you want absolute rudeness and NO customer service...go here. They are excellent at that.
