  • I called Jet Carpet Cleaning first thing this morning. We work up to a horrible mess from our aging Lab. I was in a panic since it was so disgusting and the mess was on almost all of our throw carpets. I left a voicemail at 8:46am (company open time is posted for 9am) and James called me back at in under 10 mins. He was able to come out today and clean all of my carpets. The price was very resonable. So, won't have to go through the weekend with stinky carpets. Going to use them for my tile cleaning next week and any future work we may need. Very impressed with his rapid response, professionalism, and quality of the work. Would highly recommend.
