  • Worst excuse for a business I've ever dealt with. First mistake they scheduled the wrong date, then they almost won me back by kindly agreeing to come a few hours from now, and that's where the kindness ended. Upon making the appointment no one explained to me that my husband needed to be present at the free quote appointment, he works like a dog and literally comes home at 3am goes to bed and wakes up and works sometimes 18+ hours again a day 6 days a week so he can't sacrifice sleep nor be there except Sunday, when they are closed. So now I'm told they can't come out at all unless he can be there. Mind you my work schedule is equally crazy and I took the afternoon off (aka lost money) just to be here for the appointment myself. But they didn't seem to care that they just completely wasted my time, and made me lose money, on top of not helping with the issue in my basement. Only to say call us back if you find a time that you can both be there. Ha like I would ever call again!! Or even think of giving my hard earned money to there business after they can make an exception due to my unique situation!! Mind you I'm getting married in a few months so any time other than this either of us take off of work would be do be at wedding planning appointments etc. Unbelievable, never had my time wasted before because I work and my husband well soon to be work all the time. (we have been together 12 years we are already married) I'm so mad right now it's insane! I can't vouch for any work they do since they never even came to our home. However how they do business is bad news, like couldn't he just sign a waver saying he doesn't handle the finances or make theses decisions anyways/ he trusts me with any decisions I make( it's not like we don't discuss things and make decisions together anyways), they said its not about that, so then I just don't understand why it matters! End rant.
