  • Now that they are under new management, I have noticed and receive much better service when it comes to: 1. Security( repairs made to the walk up gate and 2 Security Guards) 2. Online Bill Pay ( pay rent online now in case the office is closed ) 3. Repairs ( work orders are submitted by phone at the head office in California and completed within 1-2 business days ) 4. Emergency maintenance ( Comes in handy when you get locked out of your apartment late at night ) NOW IF THEY COULD JUST GET BETTER LIGHTING AND KEEP THE GROUNDS UP.
