  • Masters of extortion. Failed to process a payment I made over the phone and then didn't tell me about it for 11 months. Rejected the automatic payments from my bank account for 3 months in a row, only to threaten me with legal action for nonpayment all the while accumulating late fees and 'collections fees' even though they were the ones rejecting payments. Their idea of landscaping is hiring a crew to walk around at 5:30 on Monday mornings with leaf blowers and blow all the things from the street into my doorway. The only time they trim the trees is when the city threatens to stop trash collection. Zero communication about meetings, or anything else. If you are ever in a position to buy a property in a community they manage, run, don't walk, away.
