  • Customer Service guy that greeted me inside and typed up my info was great!!! But that's all the positivity I have for this place. I called to get a time estimate on an oil change and they suggested that I come in at 2. No problem. Pulled in and not one car was here. Thought to myself this is great!!! I decided to stay instead of getting picked up because the guy on the phone had told me it would take an hour at the absolute max!!! I sat inside where I could see everything. Took the techs 15 minutes to even pull the car in....They needed to finish their break I guess. But I wasn't irritated yet. After about 30 minutes they finally dropped the pan.... The crazy part about this was the fact that another car came in for oil change and had it pulled in and dropped within 5 minutes!!! What the heck? Anyways, my car then sat on the lift unattended for another 15-20 minutes. As I looked around, the techs are either out of view completely or chit chatting.... Long story short.... Oil change took an hour and a half and I didn't appreciate the lack of urgency I witnessed. I will not be coming back.
