  • Is there a no star review? These guys are crooks. Do not go here. They will tell you they can do things for you for cheaper, but then it costs more in the end and a bunch of headaches. Every time I went in, a new technician had a new take on what was wrong with my car. I got front brakes done, they replaced the pads, that's all they told me had to be done. And now a month later, my car sounds worse than it ever did since I bought it new in 2011. I never had any screeching until after the front brake pads were replaced. I brought the car back in for them to 'take a look' as to why and sure enough, the front brake rotors were being scraped into and I was told I had to get new rotors, probably a new break caliper and then the idiot told me I need some new brace in the front or my front wheels are going to fall off!! LOL!!! Needless to say, if I brought my car in for front brakes and then a month later, the rotors were scored by metal on metal contact, it should be on them to fix the issue. But no, they told me I was responsible for the rotors now. I told them I had just had the brakes repaired by them a month ago and they said I just needed pads. They said it didn't matter. I was told by another auto repair shop that if someone repairs your front brakes and puts brand new brake pads on, that if any damage occurs within the first 1000 miles, that it is under warranty and must be replaced free of charge. The technician at Just Brakes was condescending and smug and told me I obviously don't know who Im talking to and the metal and metal is due to the fact that I need a $200 part in the front of the car that also required about 3 hours manual labor to install. Crooks crooks crooks - and probably a bunch of amateur mechanics, trying to get work experience in, so they can build a resume. No real mechanics here. They also try to upsell you on BS. Like you need new brake fluid at 60k miles! When in reality, that brake fluid can go for at least 100k before worrying about it. They take advantage of people who don't know about cars and car maintenance and jerk you around. One technician tells you one thing, the other tells you another. STAY AWAY
