  • I brought my mom and dad out to Phoenix for, who knows, probably the 120th time. BUT, this is the first time that I brought my mom in a wheelchair. We requested a wheelchair on the AA website when we booked the ticket. I was so relieved and impressed with the wheelchair services that were provided to us. My mom didn't have to walk anywhere. They took her from the plane, to the next gate, to a restaurant to eat, back to the gate and to the rental car area located off site. They took care of her with no complaints and made the traveling so easy. Thank you American and Sky Harbor.
