  • I had such a bad time trying to work with these people. We were looking to move very quickly after the unfortunate occurrence of a home invasion. After finding a lovely house that met all my needs myself and my 2 other housemates proceeded to apply. 24hrs later as the claim they called. 'Great news, your approved. But the owner doesn't feel comfortable renting to roommates and would like a deposit from each of you with the first months rent' DAMN NEAR 4K move in on a 2 bedroom house..... Later in the day I contacted the realtor to say thanks for your time and she later replied they'd now due double deposit as rent. Still 3k. After that interaction it occurred to me that these crooks were trying to squeeze what they could out of us after seeing the combined income and age range. Turns out I was right, the following day they came down again to 1&1/2 plus rent. No way would I ever want to deal with a company with such shady practices that would try to take advantage of 3 young professionals that were already in a bad way. Stay far away.
