I love Costco because they have great prices! However, the customer service can be improved. When I first got my membership the employee was very rude and impatient. I was asking her questions and she gave me really vague answers; she was also rushing me. I do understand? the store is always super busy, but that does not give the employee's the right to be rude. Today, I went to Costco? and one of the employees was pushing? a cart full of items. She bumped into me with the cart, she did not say excuse or sorry. The same employee? was also groaning while fixing boxes and she did not let us get by even when we said excuse me.
