This was my first trip to Camelback Ford. When I arrived the gentlemen who helped me was nice, even while asking others to cover up mistakes that he had already made that morning.
I told them about an issue with my lift gate and was told that it could be 2-3 hours if they have to replace the motor. I said fine.
About 2 1/2 hours into waiting I asked if they had in fact replaced the motor, to which I was told the couldn't replicate the issue. So I asked if my vehicle was done and was told it was being washed.
Another hour and a half and I left without my vehicle being washed.
Terrible client service, no communication. I doubt I will be back, which is too bad because this dealership is 5 minutes from my house.
