  • I have been going to hun in pups for 2 years. Last visit 5/2013 VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! It appears there has been a staff change. I was ignored both times I came in and the groomer that did my dog, who is a challenge sometimes, was not loving or compasionate at all! In fact she was MEAN to him. Since they ignored me when I came to check on both my dogs ,it had been 3 hrs and I was in the area, I over heard the groomer being very mean and talking about what a horrible dog he was! This groomer has only been there since Feb 2013. I think the owner Linda's motto, which is we treat them as if they were our own, is dead wrong. She needs to check on her groomers!!!! NOT SURE I WILL RETURN!!!!!
