AWFUL service. Here's a few of my complaints.
- Inventory is abysmal at best. Constantly running out of things. First time we went was right when Salted Caramel Mocha came out for the season last year and they were already out despite the location just recently having its grand opening. More recently, constantly out of cold brew (were told to return in a morning for more, but were already out the next morning we came), and also constantly out of certain sandwiches and other drinks.
- Consistency is nonexistent. Ordered 2 of the exact same drink on one order, one was sweetened, the other was not sweetened at all.
- Ordered 2 clover-brewed coffees through the iPhone app, got two regular brewed coffee with the wrong size cup.
- Painfully slow. Similarly-staffed Starbucks in town are much quicker when busy. With almost no customers, drinks can take easily 10 minutes, let alone when incredibly busy. Employees are often chatting with each other or even playing Pokemon Go or other phone games instead of taking care of orders.
- Messy. One employee made a mess of coconut milk one day, and never stopped once to clean it up, and kept putting cups and making drinks in the mess. The cups we got were soaked in coconut milk.
- Some employees are outright rude and negligent.
- Tend to forget orders.
