  • Do NOT use these people! They are horrible. Our air went out and they wouldn't send anyone out until the next day, meanwhile our house was 85 degrees. They were supposed to be there between 9-12 and showed up at 11:55. They checked one thing and said it was a dirty air filter and charged us 50 bucks. The next day we came home from work and the air was out again. When I called them they again told me no one could come out until the next day and that it didn't say anywhere on the paperwork that they should have run a diagnostic check. When I got forwarded to a supervisor she raised her voice and kept cutting me off to tell me I was wrong and wasn't going to be refunded my money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
