I was at the Phoenix Open this past week and when the Valet drove up to everyone standing waiting for their cars, I noticed he was struggling to find the door unlock. As I watched him fumble inside the car, he quickly pulled his arm outside and tried to open the door using the door handle on the outside. In horror, I watched him pull my door handle off breaking the whole mechanism inside. He apologized but at the same time mumbled..."super glue?" I asked for a manager and they were quick to take me to fill out a form. At that time they told me that I would hear from someone by Friday or Monday. Not until after I left, I noticed there was not a phone number but only a fax. I faxed my claim on Monday and have not heard anything yet. I have read other comments and I'm worried that they are going to try to get away with this. I won't rate them now but I will be sure to after my call to them after 8 am this morning.
