  • We had a leaky toilet. I called Emergency Plumbing after hours for assistance. They wanted to save me the after hours service call fee so the gal explained that I could turn off the water to the leaky toilet and use our second bathroom until a service tech came. I thanked her for her suggestion which saved us some money. She promised that we would have someone at our home between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM the next morning. The service tech, Walter, was at our home in the time frame stated. He was really a wonderful, charming person. He assessed the problem, explained what he was going to do and in record time he fixed the problem. All with a very pleasant smile on his face. He really showed us customer service! I want everyone to know about this wonderful company and the quality tech they sent to my home. I would recommend Emergency Plumbing LLC to anyone. They are terrific!
