  • If yelp allowed me to give 0 stars i would. If you are looking into renting from this company i urge you to look on google and DO YOUR RESEARCH first. Read about people's story's dealing with this company. If i wasn't completely terrified of the owner of the company and his reputation i would share my own experience dealing with rentals tempe.... I was a renter of rentals tempe for a year and it was a horrible experience. When i say horrible...I mean renting from this company was the worst idea i ever had. If i were to write what i really thought about the company and the man behind it...and not sugar coat it like i am now...he'd probably try taking me to court for slander. You may laugh and say he could only win a case of slander if what i said was untrue but the owner knows his way around the court system. I don't know how he's allowed to stay in business but i think people should stop taking him to court (because it obviously doesn't change how he operates his business) and just start trying to change the laws. It would probably be easier to change the law than to go against him in court.
