| - Greetings, I was just at your store on rainbow blvd, here in Las Vegas. We went through your store, looked at a few things, and decided to buy a microwave. We brought the microwave to your central counter, that appears to be a checkout. Then one of your employees , picked up said microwave, and took us back to a counter, where we were asked a bunch of questions like, name/email/address. Then, I was taken back to the "central" counter to pay for the microwave. This process, is not condusive to your customers having a pleasant experience. The whole process wasted 15 minutes of my time, when I was ready to leave. I can buy a microwave at Walmart, and have much less stress and the process is much faster. For small items and if your customers are paying cash, I should have never been taken away from the "central" cashier. I will think twice about shopping in this environment ever again. If you want to make it in Las Vegas, you should listen to customers , and do things the way they want to be treated and not have employes tell me, "its for security reasons." I spoke to your manager and I tried telling him this, and was told "Well thats the process, and we ARE successful" I have never been treated like a piece of trash, where obviously your employees could care less if you make any money, including your managers. I would have walked out and not purchased at all, but my wife really wanted this microwave...............thanks , John Dobis
