  • I was referred to the walk-in clinic for an urgent skin problem, and was terribly off-put by the appearance of the clinic -- I work in the arts and wasn't sure what to make of the fact that the clinic looks like a Distillery District Gallery. I was also unimpressed by the fact that the door kept blowing open (it was winter); the concrete minimalism of the room was cold enough without an unlatched door, and with it was nearly unbearable -- it was so cold inside that everyone in the waiting area kept their coat on. Anyway, I was seen by Dr. Singh and was very impressed by his knowledge, treatment recommendation (which worked), his engagement with me as a patient and especially with my skin condition. He's clearly very bright and expert at what he does. While the waiting room turned me off, I was so impressed by Dr. Singh that I would be very happy to be referred to him again.
