  • Hi Jolly? What a joke of a name! The store should be called Goodbye Grumpy! This store is family run and every one of the family members has an attitude and are rude to customers. It's weird that the whole family has the same rude demeanor towards each other and customers. I have seen people leave the store insulted by the employees rudeness. I've heard the old man, I believe the owner, tell Canadians to just go home if they didn't like the weather in AZ. If a customer asks a question, they answer with a smart ass remark or rude quick remark. I went to this store 3xs and each time was the same. Rude owners and family. They do have a lot of great touristee items. Some stuff is way over priced. But if you can ignore their rudeness, check it out. I personally won't be giving them my business though. They don't deserve my $. Truly I don't know how they are still open by the way the treat customers. I'm giving 2 stars only because they have some cool stuff in their store.
