  • This place was definitely less than I expected. It's a little dirty and rundown and the staff is not very friendly. You aren't offered anything to eat or drink and there is not anywhere comfortable to sit. I was kept waiting for my facial and massage for 20 mins without any explanation and when I was finally brought in, she cut my services by over half an hour. She seemed to take her time with the microdermabrasion but with everything else there was very little effort put in. Even in the treatment room, there was absolutely nowhere to put your clothes. Would they not have thought about this over the years? I managed to fit mine on the corner of a small table that had a machine on it, only to have her remove them and put them on the floor because she needed the machine. On the floor?! Overall, a very subpar experience and I will not be returning.
