  • Fucking assholes didn't fill up my tank like they said the would. I will specifically call out a Mr. John Jones for promising to fill my tank. I'm gonna assume it was a miscommunication between Jones and the repairmen, either way it was mentioned before my service was done and it should have been complimentary. Bought my first (used) car here, I love it and the salesmen were very helpful. The car I purchased is an '01 Toyota Camry, when I bought it upfront a little over a month ago, I also paid $500 for a repair on top of the price I paid for the car. Then the problems started after that, took them a solid month to finally call me to make an appt to get my service done, (electric seat motor in drivers st needed replacement), take it on my day off. 2 hours later they call me to tell me the ordered the wrong part, seriously? Okay. Mistakes happen I get it. But these idiots had me back and forth for over a month at this place to get a small service done. Super annoying. -UPDATE- finally got my repair done today. But I'm really pissed off because they promised to fill my tank out of courtesy and they didn't. They returned my car to me and it was on E. Thanks assholes. Love the car they sold me however their service here is fucking shitty. Will not be coming back for any services. 8-28-15
