We purchased a new range and microwave from this store on 11/30/2015. They did not have the items in stock and scheduled a delivery of 12/29/2015. On 12/28/2015 we called Kevin ( the manager) to inquire about delivery times the next day. He told us they would call us the next day two hours before delivery. At 300PM we had not had a call and again called the store to find out what was going on. They told us to call another person. That person had no record of our delivery or purchase and told us they would call us back. Kyle at the store then called back and said the information never got put into their system at the time of sale (thirty days prior). They could not deliver until the afternoon of 12/31/2015. This is going to be a problem for us if in fact it even gets delivered as they now say. We don't often complain but this is one time we felt the need to tell their prospective customers
