  • The Apple store at Town Square is running a shit show. We waited outside from 9:15am , they open at 10am, their was a large group with kids in front of the doors so we stood behind them to form some semblance of a line. The girl came outside with her IPad and started talking to the large group with kids, she then turned away and started talking to another woman with a kid. At this time we figured she was just checking in the people for the class. Then these 4 women just walk up and she starts taking their info ignoring us and those behind us. So I walked up and told her we had been waiting 40 minutes while the women she was trying to help had just walked up, she ignored me and continued to put these women in line first. She then added us and those behind us to the line. While waiting we had no idea where we were on the list, we waited for over the estimated hour and when trying to ask the people working about the wait list I had to get loud to get anyone to answer me. I swear I've had an iPhone since day one and my experience here had me wondering how Samsung's customer service is.
