  • WORST. SERVICE. EVER. The employees here have NO sense of urgency. Surprising, considering they should realize that 9 out of 10 people coming in are on their lunch breaks during the weekday afternoon. Aware that the line tends to grow long and decrease at a ridiculously slow rate, I ordered my food online in the morning so I could have it ready by 2:30 pm. I ended up getting there around 2:35, anxiously waiting to pick up my Chipotle yumminess. After not being acknowledged when I had been standing around ready to pick up my order, the cashier finally tells me she will be right with me. When I tell her I'm there for an online order, you would have thought I was in an "Abbott and Costello" bit. She asks the one guy about it, who proceeds to ask someone else, who checks where the pre-made foods are, asks the guy again who in turn asked the original girl. They eventually figure out that my order was never made, they don't take any ownership about it, the cashier looks at me, SHRUGS HER SHOULDERS, and says, "They lost your ticket." No apology, no rush to have it made, NOTHING. I hear one of them say, "Well there's only 3 of us, what do you expect?" Seriously? When it's finally made, it is now 2:48, almost 20 minutes after the order should have been done. Some guy hands me the bag containing my order, and inside I was missing my chips and a drink. Shocker! I turn around, ask for the missing items, the guy ROLLS HIS EYES AND LAUGHS! Laughing at his own mistake? Laughing at me? Who knows. Regardless, terrible service. At this point I didn't care, I just needed to eat something. I finally make my way to sit down and scarf my food down with whatever lunch time I have left. I open the lid and instead of barbacoa, they put in carnitas. Imagine my disappointment! Was I really surprised though that they screwed up my order? Of course not. I hate carnitas, but at this point I was starving and I couldn't wait any longer. I get that these are first world problems, but then again they are getting paid for their services. Services that absolutely SUCK. The food was horrible thanks to the carnitas and the awful service. I would love for this place to be on Hidden Bosses so the management can see what's going on when they aren't around. So to those who suggested online ordering to avoid the long line, think again. You just can't win at this location. If you really want some top notch service, I suggest Middleburg Heights, Parma or the one on Tiedeman.
