  • This has got to be the worst apartment community I've ever lived. My wife and I lived there for 12 months. For one, the apartment manager Britney is unprofessional, full of excuses, and never follows through anything she says. My wife and I constantly would find rat droppings in front of our door. I even found a live rat and trapped it to show Britney. She had one of her employees throw it in one of the dumpsters. We never received any notice as to how they were going to correct the issue. We also had an insect problem. My wife and I were constantly awakened at night by ants crawling on us. Everything in our apartment was in need of repair. When a pipe broke and flooded our kitchen and living room, we didn't hear anything from Britney four days. After the fourth day, a carpet cleaning service came to clean the carpet and did a terrible job. I notified Britney of their shoddy work and never heard back. Be prepared for a $400 bill for "carpet cleaning" upon move-out. Living in this complex was a complete nightmare. Honestly I could go on and on. Take my advice, DONT LIVE HERE!!!
