  • Coffee may be great but service and pricing is terrible. I ordered a large (3 shot) americano in a small cup and they charged me for a small with two extra shots (almost a dollar more than the large). When I complained they said they charge based on the "cup" you actually get and that I had created a small "custom" coffee. I was told that if I wanted a 3 shot for the cheaper price that I could order the large and ask them to only fill up the cup with half the water. I informed the manager that the theory they were using was completely flawed from a common sense perspective....she responded with "sorry" WAKE UP AND FIX YOUR PRICING. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN UNTIL YOU DO.
