  • yo this H&M suuuuuuuuuuucks. for one, it's so small and doesn't come close to having the bomb merchandise compared to the San Tan Village store. next, i've yet to ever see one associate smile or greet customers the times i've been there. also, "Simon" did quite a large return for my Mother and I yesterday. before he started, he looked at the bag in dismay, gave us a very surprised look and then stated quietly "wow, okay.. i'm really gonna do this". he did the return with no issues (took his sweet sweet time) but it was the fact of just how rude and unprofessional he presented himself. no small talk, no "did you just change your mind on this?" "did this just not fit?" nothinggg. homeboy was saaaaaalty. moral of this story is, i won't be back, so no worries of seeing me lmao, and if you are going to work a job that you hate - you still must be pleasant to the people you are assisting - quality and integrity will take you far.
