I had been getting service done in my Jeep Rubicon for several years now mostly because it was the closest dealership to where I live. Never had any problems other than they were not overly friendly. Took the Jeep in recently for replacement of an exhaust manifold and an oil change. After not hearing from the service writer for nearly a week I tried to call but only got voicemail. So I stopped by the dealer and he didn't even greet me; just proceeded to tell me they had broken a bolt off removing the manifold and the cost now was $1,000 more than the estimate. I asked to see the manager and challenged him that the additional cost was not my responsibility. The manager offered to pick up the tab since I was upset. When I picked up the Jeep a few days later (now a total of 9 days) the manifold was fixed and I paid for that and an oil change. When I got home I noticed that the oil change sticker on the windshield had not been changed. I checked the oil dipstick and the oil hadn't been changed. I called to talk to the service writer and got no response. I tried calling the service manager but got no reply. So, I wouldn't recommend these folks for any kind of service. No communication, no follow up, no reply and I'm out $40.
