  • I've stayed at most hotels in Vegas but this was the first for me. My BF and I decided to go to Vegas last minute and I had to book a hotel ASAP. We totally forgot the UFC fight was this same weekend so we had to swallow the fact that it was gonna cost us an arm and leg this weekend but YOLO The Wynn actually had the best deal on Hotels.com. Almost a 5 star rating and the price was not the lowest and wasn't the highest. Since we both haven't stayed here before, we thought SURE! Why not?! Everything from start to finish was spectacular! EXCELLENT customer service! while checking in, she offered us water, she also asked if we wanted to upgrade to a higher floor for an additional 35$, which we did AND it was totally worth it for the view! There's a total of 60 floors and she managed to get us on the 59th floor! I noticed that the phone and tv had my name on it, it was a nice personal touch, The bed was facing the window with the view so at night it was perfect getting ready to go out with all of Vegas lights in the background, bed big and super comfy, there was a TV inside the bathroom, the shower head.... Who talks about the shower head?!? Apparently, I do! Ok, I have really long hair... It sucks washing your hair when there's barely any water pressure! But not this one! It was perfect! So perfect that when I got out of the shower, I was screaming it from that bathroom, telling my BF.... He prob thought I just smoked something but oh well! The little things that matter. There's buttons near the phone to turn the all the lights on, night lights, open/close curtains etc, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the bathtub but wished I did! I totally would stay here again and would recommend it to all my friends!
