Worst "customer" service. I do not need to go into details, but your unprofessional callers who try to belittle someone, argue, then mention how all their calls are recorded?! Good I hope top dog listens to plenty of those recorded calls to see how rude their employees are driving away loyal customers.
In this day and age I would think customer service would be #1 since all this information anyone can get for free off the internet.
The "auto renewal" is sneaky and unprofessional.
If they do not improve customer service there will no longer be an AZ Republic. Your customers are what keep your company alive, and I am not the first one complaining about these issues.....
