  • We are still waiting for our money for the shoddy job they did. We spent 600 dollars for about a 50 dollar job. They were at our house 4 times before they even got the carpet clean. The hard floors are a whole other story. We have been speaking to a lady named Stacy (Office Manager) who has been telling us that the owner will call us and it is out of her hands because of the bad service. When you give poor service you should keep your word and fix the problem. Their "Money back guarantee" stated on the receipt is a joke. I recommend them to no one. We are in the process of taking them to small claims court. Stacy kept putting me on mute and laughing at me. From hard working individuals to you.
