| - I'd do zero if possible.
I had a water leak in my kitchen. The water leak resulted in damage to roughly half of our kitchen cabinet boxes. Despite my advice to order new similar barebones cabinetry and use our existing frames, drawers, doors, and hardware to complete the look AZFWR chose to sub contract an art restoration shop to build their own custom cabinet boxes from scratch while still using the undamaged facings and hardware from our existing cabinetry. This seemed very odd to hire an art restorer and not a carpenter, but I was assured of the process by your team. While we waited for the cabinet boxes, AZFWR repaired the drywall and painted.
The painting was satisfactory. The drywall looked good until we placed a cabinet box against it and noticed waves. After a month, the custom-built cabinets were ready and delivered. The quality resembled that of homemade boxes. As the installation progressed, I became more and more upset at the lack of quality in the boxes as well as the installation. After bringing these concerns to light, the installer made comments that were inappropriate towards me. I decided to stop all work and bring in my insurance agent to assess the situation. He agreed that the quality was far from acceptable. Unfortunately, the custom cabinet process left all of our original doors, drawers, frames, and hardware damaged, and no longer reusable to take the route that I had originally suggested. With matching cabinetry no longer available, we had no choice but to replace all the kitchen cabinetry.
All that remained for the microwave installation was to mark and drill three holes for the mounting screws and properly lift the microwave into place before securing. They left at 11:30am after telling them to stop working. After the workers struggled for over an hour to get the microwave into place they began blaming the hole location, and also the cabinets being out of level, both of which were false. They struggled because they could not properly support the weight of the microwave and pull the power cord through that hole as they positioned the microwave on the mounting bracket. Approximately 6 inches worth of cord was spiraled and jammed between the microwave and the cabinet box preventing it from fitting properly. Instead of pulling the microwave down and properly addressing the issue, they continued to force the microwave into position and began the process of guessing where to drill the holes for the supporting screws. After a few tries they were able to 'secure' the microwave into place. They completely destroyed the new cabinet installed as well as my brand new microwave.
I have now been harassed by them various times for payment. PAYMENT!?!? They have threatened to take me to collections. Do not use this company. Horrible.
