Two days after our hot water tank had been moved we turned on the heat. Problem was, there was no heat. So we called Yes. The technician pulled the access panel and discovered that the water pump was unusually hot. He showed me a spot on the heating coil and claimed it was leaking. He said the system was shot and everything needed to be replaced. He provided us with a $9500 quote insisting we give him the go ahead ASAP because Christmas was coming up and it might be difficult to do the work over the holidays.
Next, we called Infinity for a 2nd opinion. Their tech had us up and running in 2 hours - there was an air lock in the hot water line. Nothing was or needs to be replaced.
