  • This is the follow up review to the previous one I posted that the social care team asked me to contact them. Well I did the social media department got back to me fast but then had to transfer me to customer care. I waited for CC to call or contact me as they had not after some time so I sent another email to the Social Media team again. They apologized and said they would make sure that it would be sent again to a supervisor. Well the supervised calls me at 8:00 on the dot I was sleeping I was trying to tell her my story and all she kept saying is that it would be taken as the infestation was to old and wouldn't be their fault or that since I had got everything taken care of in the rest of the house and the chemicals I used worked on everything but the box springs it was a new infestation. But they would send Orken out. I was like wait what. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt I have MS so if I'm trying to explain something and get interrupted I loss my train of thought. She then said I have everything you said written down verbatim. So all I have to say is this company is a piece of crap.. So it looks nice on my review that they care but they don't. I finally had to hang up as she was just being so rude and when I hung up I admit I did not say a nice word to her. Look find out the price of a bed at this company then go to another cleaner company and they will usually price match.
