  • Poor quality stuff sold at expensive prices! This place is in industrial area where most shops sell tiles, marble, and granite. We stumbled upon it when were looking for bathroom tiles and really liked the selection of chairs. The salesperson was quite obnoxious though, he looked like an art dealer and behaved like he was doing us a favour by wasting his precious time. Anyway, following his bragging about the quality ("We buy only the best, this is not Ikea stuff...") we ended up buying 6 dining room chairs at $250 a piece. We were expecting these chairs to last a lifetime, but after two years of very light use they look terrible. When called the Chair Source we were told that the warranty is one year only and there is nothing they can do. Well, in retrospect, we should have bought "Ikea stuff" instead, it would cost us a fraction of the price and last longer...
