  • Get ready for excellent customer service. All I can say is that my experience here at 4 wheel parts was some of the best customer service I have ever had. For the most part when you deal with cars or anything automotive you feel like you are being misled or lied to. You also have to wait and nothing is done as promised - Not here. I went to four wheel parts to get a cover for the truck bed of my 2016 GMC Sierra. I knew I wanted the cover but didn't know a lot about how they worked or what the various models had as far as features. I came in on a Saturday and the show room was busy. Immediately I was greeted by sales associate Chad Fujishige. He was professional and friendly. I explained what I was looking for and he took me to a display to go over the various options and the features of each model. He made the choice easy by talking me through which one would Look the best and also function well. He spent a lot of time With me Answering all of My questions. He went out to my vehicle and Measured it to get the correct model and fit. He explained due to size They don't stock these covers and he stated it could be available in two business days. He gave me the option of installation myself but the price to install it by four wheel parts was reasonable so I figured why take a chance at messing it up. I picked a time on Tuesday to drop off the vehicle and have have the techs at four wheel parts do the job. When I was checking out I remembered I wanted a cover for the inside of the tailgate. Chad said no problem and ordered that too to be installed at the same time. I showed up about a half hour early to have the work done. Chad was there at the time. He remembered me and took the keys and told me when I could come back to pick it up after the work was done. I hopped in an uber and went to my work with no doubt this was going to go fine. In no Time Chad called me and left a message and said it was done earlier that he promised! How often do you have work done and it takes less time than anticipated? I went back and the work was perfect. Chad also walked me through the operation of the bed cover and what to watch out for. He spent the right amount of time to be sure I understood how the cover opened and closed. Obviously I would recommend four wheel parts. What a good experience.
