This zoo is really big, so you have to expect a lot of walking. The cost is good and the staff and volunteers are very helpful and friendly.
I visited in May, so there was not many people and only one food place was open, which was located by the front entrance. The washrooms were clean.
The Canadian domain is located quite far (you have to spend about 20-30 minutes to get there) and the way back is really steep. I do not recommend going there with children or if you are not ready for a little workout, unless you will take a zoo mobile.
During my visit the elephants were moved to a different location, so I was a bit disappointed. But the zoo had new white lions and a polar bear cub, which was great.
I spent about 4 hours in the zoo, although I skipped one section.
I will definitely come back to this place one day!
