  • I have purchased a dozen roses for delivery to my wife's work for several years now. It has always been a pleasant experience dealing with 12th Street Florist, until today. I ordered a dozen lavender roses to be delivered today. Don't get me wrong they are beautiful, and they should be for $73.39, but they are clearly pink colored roses with lavender accents. So, I called 12th Street Florist and explained the incorrect order my wife had received. Instead of addressing the mistake the female told me they were lavender roses she received. I told her no, they are clearly pink. She then placed me on hold to check my order to confirm I ordered lavender roses. She then came back on the phone and told me I did order lavender roses. I told her those clearly are NOT lavender roses. She then became argumentative and insisted they are lavender. I told her that next year I will take my business elsewhere. I don't mind the order mix up because the flowers are beautiful, BUT own your mistake. 12th Street Florist just lost a yearly customer.
