  • I went to this Michaels to purchase a frame for a print. Jerry, the store manager helped us. He could not have been more helpful. Instead of having us wait three days for the framing team to put the print into the frame, he saw that our job might be fairly simple and might not take too much time. So, he simply did it himself. He did it to help his framing staff and he did it to help us. I thought he went above and beyond in order to help a customer. We were very impressed. Michaels is lucky to have him. We would definitely go back.
