  • Last year I had a wonderful experience with Brenda!! She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend her. UPDATE ***** Unfortunately i had a very bad experience after being a client for a couple of years. I recently relocated to NC and i was hoping to continuing using them for my taxes. Lizeth agreed to do our taxes and schedule a phone appointment with me. She was two hours late for our appointment which at first i thought it wasn't a big deal because i understand that it is a busy time of the year. After our first appointment she told me that she was going to call me back with my information ready the following day but she never called. I had to call her several times for her to finally return my call. The ignoring situation when on and on after that. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. if she didn't want to do our taxes she should've say something when i asked her at first. To me people's time is very valuable and is something i always respect. I expect the same treatment.
