  • Hi! I thought i should send out a Buyer Beware on a sofa and love seat recliner set we bought from this store. First, they delivered the wrong sofas. Then they delivered a love seat that didnt work after a week and had a screw that stabbed my son. After 2 additional deliveries and $2000 later, multiple emails and phone calls, we got what we ordered. However, making that happen through their customer service took over a month and was a horrible experience! About 2 to 3 months later the back cusion on the love seat caved in. The quality is poor, over all. The sides are weak and wobble if you use them to support yourself getting up. Sitting through a movie gets uncomfortable bc you can feel the metal frame in your back! I highly recommend staying away from these sofas made by Simmons, even though they say it's their number 1 seller!
