They get 2 stars for bad service and really bad loyalty program. There is always a problem scanning the code to get a punch for your purchase. Employees blame it on "corporate". I asked once to get another ice because the one I got was really runny and melting off the cup, the girl had to go ask the Manager not before she insisted that's how is served. The other time the scanner didn't work I asked for the Manager and he came and gave me 3 coupons for a free cup! I was surprised, then I noticed the coupons expired in May. So I gave them a good last try and before I even ordered I tried the scanner and it froze. I rather drive to CJ's they treat me like a queen.
