  • Terrible customer service. The employees followed me wherever I went, eyeing me like I was attempting to shoplift. When I went to try on my clothes, the fitting rooms were locked. I stood by the doors for a solid 10 minutes before I had to go and look for someone to open one for me. While I was changing, an employee approached my friend whom I was shopping with and said, "Can you tell your friend to hurry up? Because we're closing soon". I finished trying on the clothes and went to the register to pay. Because we were rushed out, I ended up paying full price for an item that was on sale. I had to go back the next day to be reimbursed. Overall bad experience, but I guess that's to be expected of Metro Center.
