If I could give zero stars I would.
I went in for a haircut, left happy with iron curled results. However, a week later when I style my locks with a flat iron my husband tells me the length of my hair from the back doesn't match. I confirm with a mirror that indeed there is something off with the ends of my hair. I called the salon and was courteous to ask if there is a charge for a haircut correction (perhaps I should've been the angry customer demanding a refund) - rep. aware I was there recently. The rep. said $55 & up depending on the stylist.
Flabbergasted, I repeated myself that I saw a stylist at their salon, the rep. insisted that the charge starts at $55 & up. I'm utterly disappointed. For my experience, this salon has left a bad taste. Waste of time, and money. Would I go back if the owner/ or manager reached out? No. However, I would highly suggest reevaluating the organization's haircut correction policy.
