rev:text	I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! Great staff, good service at every other location we've been to. If you look at the picture of chairs try to imagine 2 people sitting in the corner, not possible of they both have legs. Warm in here poor air flow in sitting area. I don't say those negative things harshly just something they could improve on. Otherwise super place, I'll still return. Update: 2 hours into the wait 4 an oil change! No person came by to say hey it'll b awhile, no indication when we 1st arrived. WOW, I will go back to location on Baseline & Val Vista. (Update, c below, we will NOT return to any location) Side note, this is supposed to b a state of the art facility. The bathroom looks 10 years old & the one on Baseline & Val Vista is Immaculate! Ah, finally after standing in front of counter someone approaches, hey ur plug is stripped & it's been awhile because we ordered another one. The last 3 oil changes have all been @ Big O so hmm So finally we check out with the man that originally checked us in. We're displeased but willing to let things go. As we check out I tell the gentleman that in the future they should tell people about anything wrong or that may delay a normal time frame. He told us that he wasn't here while anything happened and the mechanic told him as soon as he saw him. Must be he's the only one who can relay any information???? Not a single I'm sorry, nothing. SUCH A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARE, ETC. Well Mr. Compassion our business will go elsewhere, hopefully you can learn what basic customer service is for your future endeavors. I'm sure my wife could have explained this better as it was actually worse than I can put into words.
