rev:text	I also strongly suggest NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY! I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE moving with this company. The rep I was working with was Brian he gave me an "estimate" that seemed as a good price however, there were 2 MAJOR things he didn't VERBALLY disclose 1. Our items were NOT going straight to our home 4 hrs away instead it goes to some storage- I found out the day OF that our stuff was going to be delivered 5-10 days later 2. We only get 800 sq ft of truck space (for a 2 bedroom apt) space used after that you get charged for the space used which will inevitably double the quote price. THIS BLEW US AWAY. Brian REASSURED me his company was professional and would provide a hassle free move. Believing him was my BIGGEST mistake. He did not verbally let me know that our stuff wasn't going to be delivered the same day, as he put it on the Movers to tell me this THE DAY OF OUR MOVE. To make it even better after finding this out I called him numerous times to get things straight and NO ANSWER my roommate called him right after I Tired calling him MANY TIMES and he picks up right away -because he didn't recognized her phone number. We couldn't believe this! This company and its reps are not up front and say anything to get a deposit before you royally get screwed. I'm so glad that we cancelled that day no one deserves that on their day of move. If you find this review consider it valuable information and get as far away from this company as you can. They don't verbally disclose THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED --being your items arriving 1-2 weeks later!
