  • For any parent thinking of letting their child live here during their college stay..please don't. I can tell you first hand that for one the price they are charging is ridiculous. They have roach and bedbug issues both buildings, The plumbing is horrible , at any given moment you will get sludge in all the sinks and bathtubs. The office staff are rude and disrespectful and have no idea what they are doing. I was in the office and heard how the ladies talk about the other residents, which makes me wonder what is said about me when I leave. On top of that this place has asbestos in the walls and ceilings. In fact some of the neighbors tell me that they've had holes in their ceilings from unfinished repairs. The only positive was the maintenance whom I haven't seen in awhile.
