  • I feel bad that my review contradicts your overall rating of a 4 star. This was a very poor experience based on a very recent visit. We found Fresh Wasabi on Yelp and trusted we would have a nice Japanese meal with a little sushi. The experience was embarrassing. We were the only patrons in the place. One waitress spent more time watching TV and talking to the chef than serving us. We sat for long periods just watching her and waiting. She was not helpful with questions about the menu for our first visit. The food was very disappointing. No character, no visual appeal, poor flavor profiles. I could not recommend this place and am sorry I trusted this review. I don't like to review so critically, but it is deserved. My only positive statement is that it was clean.
