  • Door is open to nickel and dime you! Had problems with a stolen credit card, was billed a service fee because I had a canceled credit card on file, asked them to change for next month. Next month rolls around and was charged another expired card fee. Front desk person never changed it, asked for a credit person at desk could not grant and had to speak to manager next morning. No call no credit! Leaving this month to poor service. Happened at the Southern Ave location beware!!
